Apply after showering while the skin is still slightly damp. This way the oil effectively locks moisture into the skin.

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.
