All unopened products (excl. jewelry) have a 14-day right of return from when you have received the products.

We charge a processing fee of €6.99 for returns made by post.

The original delivery costs are at the customer's expense and are not refundable. For returns made outside of Finland, we also charge the shipping costs arising from the return.
