Discount codes and gift cards can be added to the order at checkout.

The validity period of the discount codes is determined according to the Finnish time zone (Eastern European Standard Time, GMT+2).

All orders are normally collected and sent from our warehouse no later than the business day following the order. In the biggest cities in Finland, orders arrive even on the next business day, read more at the link.

We offer free delivery in Finland for orders over 45 euros* with Postnord and only €0.99 for orders over 50 euros* with Posti. *Order value after discounts.

Please note that the value of the gift cards does not add up to the minimum order amount that entitles you to free delivery.

For technical reasons, store pick-ups from Tripla have been discontinued for the time being. We are developing the connection between store availability and online shopping, and hopefully soon we will be able to use store pickups again.

Please note that the value of gift cards doesn't count towards the minimum order value limit.

We ship to all EU-countries.

In the EU area, taxes and customs fees are included in the order price.

All unopened products (excl. jewelry) have a 14-day right of return from when you have received the products.

We charge a processing fee of €6.99 for returns made by post.

The original delivery costs are at the customer's expense and are not refundable. For returns made outside of Finland, we also charge the shipping costs arising from the return.
