Refund policy

If you wish to return all or part of your order or exercise your right of cancellation, we will always charge the return costs in accordance with the terms.

Statutory right of withdrawal

When ordering Services from Yeppo&Soonsoo webstore, you have the right to cancel the contract or utilize the right of return within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last product included in the order.

You can cancel:

  • by contacting us via email atinfo@yepposoonsoo.com,
  • with the cancellation button, which you can find by logging into your account, selecting the desired order, and pressing "Cancel products"/"Manage", or
  • by filling the return form found at the bottom of Delivery and return page.

If you send a return notification by email, please include the following information in the message:

  • Your order number
  • Which products you wish to return
  • Whether you are returning the products by mail or in store

You must always use one of the above methods if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or return the product. Our customer service will confirm the withdrawal and provide any return instructions by email, stating the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of its delivery.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you have sent the goods back.

When exercising the right of cancellation, the same terms and costs apply as for returns.

Not picking up the order does not constitute a cancellation of the order.​

Our online store follows the return policies in accordance with Finnish law. You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it only if the product is completely unused and unopened. Opened and used products cannot be returned. Hair accessories, earrings and necklaces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Discounted products with a best before date are also excluded from exchange and return rights.

The product must be in its original condition to receive a return. If the product has become unsellable due to the customer's use, careless packaging, or other actions, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product and we will deduct the original price of the product from the amount to be refunded.

Always contact at the address info@yepposoonsoo.com, if you receive a defective product or notice a defect in the product.

If you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received the products you canceled or returned.

Return

Return cost is €6.99 for returns made by post in Finland. Returns made from outside Finland will have a return fee equal to the lowest delivery fee of that country. You can find these delivery fees on the Deliveries and Returns page.. You can also return the products of your online store order to any of our stores in Finland (excluding the Godies x Yeppo & Soonsoo store in Oulu). We also charge a return fee of €6.99 for orders delivered by post that are returned to our stores, if the order is returned in full or if the remaining value after the return is less than €45. No return fee is charged for orders picked up from Yeppo&Soonsoo stores.

Campaign discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a product after the campaign period that you received for free, no money will be refunded. Paid products will be refunded at the price according to the campaign period. If you return the entire order, any free gifts must also be returned. Also, if the conditions for the gift with purchase, such as the minimum purchase amount, are no longer met after the return, the gift(s) must also be returned. For unreturned gift products, the price according to the resale value of the product(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

In connection with the return of the product, it cannot be exchanged for a new one, but a new order must be placed.
