Delivery in Finland

Delivery to the nearest pick-up point

We do not charge delivery costs when the minimum value of your order is more than 50 euros (after discount). Orders under 50 euros only have a delivery fee of €4.89-€4.99, depending on the shipping company. We send the packages on the same or the next business day and they arrive in 1-5 business days (order day is not included), often even in 1-3 business days. 

Home delivery

Home delivery is 11,99-12,99 € depending on the carrier and free for orders over 200 €. Usually it takes 1-5 days to arrive depending on the service. 

We pack your order with love and usually send your product the next business day. We always do our best so that you don't have to wait any longer for your gift for yourself or your loved ones. In Finland, shipments usually arrive within 5 business days of the order and sometimes even the next business day. 

At the moment, you can choose from three different transport companies.

Returns in Finland

If you want to return your order or part of your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to info@yeppo.fi or directly from our store in Yeppo&Soonsoo Mall of Tripla. Exchange and return is possible when the product is unopened (cosmetics and make-up), unused and only in its original packaging. Opened and used products cannot be returned. 

​Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be returned. 

The return fee is 6,99 €, when the return is made by sending the product using one of the transport companies, e.g. Posti. This fee is withheld from the return, as we also pay it to Posti. 

After you have notified us of the return, the products must be delivered to us (Posti) within 14 days. We will email you when we receive your return. The money will be returned within 7 business days after we have received your return. 

Please also note that prizes redeemed with points such as products, gift cards, discount codes and discounts in € are no longer converted into points, but are counted as used.

​Reclamations

If you have received a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible by email or in our chat. The exchange and return of a defective product is free for you. If you need help returning the order, please contact our customer service via chat. 

 

Shipment not picked up (does not apply to Tripla pickup orders)

If you have forgotten to pick up your order, the order has been delivered to the wrong address (incorrect address given at the time of ordering) or the phone number has been entered incorrectly, as a result of which the arrival message has not been received and the order is returned to our warehouse, we unfortunately have to charge the delivery and handling fee of the order, which is 6,99 €. 

So be careful when you fill in your order information and when you receive your order's arrival message. Please note that Posti charges a separate fee for extending storage. So please pick up your order within 7 days of the arrival notification
