Delivery and return
We offer multiple delivery options in Finland and to most European countries.
In Finland we offer free collection point delivery for orders over 45 euros (after discounts). Free delivery to a collection point via Posti is available when order value is over 50 euros (after discounts).
Please note that the value of gift cards doesn't count towards the minimum order value limit of free shipping. So if you are ordering both gift cards and products and wish to benefit of the free shipping, make sure the value of products is over 45 euros.

Delivery to pick-up point in Finland
You are entitled to free PostNord pickup point delivery, when your minimum order value is over 45 euros after possible discounts. For orders with value under 45 euros, PostNord's pick-up point delivery fee is 4.89€.
You can choose free Posti collection point delivery, when your order minimum value is over 50 euros after possible discounts. For orders under 50 euros, Posti's pick-up point delivery price is 4.99 €.
You can see the current estimated packing time of orders from in the order confirmation; we usually send the packages within 1-4 days of receiving the order. The shipping company's delivery time to the pick-up point or recipient's address usually takes about 1-5 business days after the delivery has left our warehouse. The transport companies are responsible for the delivery times of the transport companies.
Home delivery
Home delivery is free for orders over 200 € (after possible discounts). The price of home delivery for orders under 200 € is 11.99 €, UPS Express 12.99 €.

Returns in Finland
If you want to return your order in whole or in part, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. You can make a return notice by sending an e-mail to info@yeppo.fi. Alternatively, you can also return the products to our store Yeppo&Soonsoo Mall of Tripla.
After the notification, products must be sent or delivered to our Mall of Tripla store without delay, at the latest within 14 days of the return notification. The products must be packed carefully so that they are not damaged during transport.
Exchange and return is possible when the product is unopened (cosmetics and make-up), unused and in its original packaging. Opened and used products cannot be returned. For health and hygiene reasons, the right to return does not apply to jewellery.
If the product has become unsellable due to the customer's use or operation, the customer is responsible for the entire value of the product. We will deduct an amount that corresponds to the reduction in value of the product, compared to the original value of the product, from the refund.
We process returns in the order they arrive, however no later than 7 days after the products are returned to our warehouse. We will send a notification by e-mail when the return has reached us. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the products' arrival to us, using the same payment method you used in the original purchase transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the service provider, the refund will be visible in your bank account or card in about 2 days. If you have used Klarna as a payment method, the refund will be deducted from your Klarna invoice. You will always receive a notification from the payment intermediary and us that the money has been returned.
Return costs
Return costs of 6.99€ are always deducted from the amount to be returned, when the return is made by sending the product using one of the transport companies, e.g. Posti.
The original delivery costs of the order will also be deducted if the value of the order has met the limit of free delivery at the time of ordering, but after the return the value of the order does not qualify for selected free shipping. Delivery costs are deducted according to the original delivery method used.
For example, if the value of your order has exceeded the limit of 45 euros and you have received free delivery through PostNord, but after returning the products the value of the order no longer meets the required minimum amount of 45 euros for free pick-up point delivery, the price of PostNord's pick-up point delivery 4.89 €, in addition to the return cost of €6.99, will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Returns of loyalty points
If the customer makes return for an order that has rewards redeemed with loyalty points, such as a product, gift card, discount code and discounts valued in €, they are not converted back into points or rewards after the return, but are counted as used. If you have used, for example, a gift card redeemed with points when ordering, but you make a return, the gift card you used will not be returned to the loyalty account to be available for using again.
Shipment not picked up (does not apply to Tripla pickup orders)
The customer must take into account the package storage times at the pick-up point and the delivery times for home deliveries. If the package is not picked up within the storage period, an attempt has been made to deliver the order to the wrong address (a wrong address has been entered for the order) or the customer has not received the delivery arrival message due to the wrongly entered phone number, the package is returned to the sender. We charge a delivery and handling fee of 6.99€ for uncollected shipments.
Defective products
If you have received a defective product, please inform us as soon as possible via email info@yeppo.fi. No costs are charged for the exchange or return of a defective product.
