We do not charge any delivery fees when the order is over 50 euros. On orders below 50 euros, we charge only 4.99 euros.
We prepare and pack your order with utmost love and send the products usually on the next weekday. We always do our best for you not to have to wait. In Finland, It usually takes a maximum of 5 weekdays for the order to arrive to you. Please note that the tracking code does not come separately and you can use Omaposti to check the shipping.


Free shipping on orders over 150 €, 13 € for orders below 150 €.


The delivery fee for all orders below 200 €, is 21.99 €.

We do not charge for shipping when the minimum value of your order exceeds $ 50. Orders under 50 euros will only receive a delivery fee of 4.99 euros.

In Finland, shipments usually arrive within 5 working days of the order and sometimes even the next working day. You can conveniently check the tracking code from the Omaposti application.

Label, sock jewelry, and sheet mask orders are often shipped in a XXS-sized shipment that arrives directly from your home mailbox. So you can also check your shipment from your mailbox, which is often found in townhouses as well as detached houses.


If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to info@yeppo.fi or directly from our store at Yeppo / Soonsoo Mall of Tripla. Replacement and return is possible when the product is unopened (cosmetics and make-up), unused and only in its original packaging. Opened and used products cannot be returned.

The fee for a return is 4.99 Euros when the return is made by Post.

Once you have notified us of the return, the products must be delivered to us (the Post) within 14 days. We will send you an email once we have received your refund. Money will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your refund.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible via email or chat. Replacement and return of a defective product is free of charge for you. If you need help returning your order, you can contact our customer service via chat.

Missed shipment

If you have forgotten to pick up your order, an attempt has been made to deliver the order to the wrong address (incorrect address provided at the time of order) or the telephone number has been incorrectly returned and we will charge that you decide to return the product and if you want this to be sent to you again, as Yeppo will also pay the shipping cost for your order twice.
