Terms

If you do not pay for your order on time, we reserve the right to charge a fixed late-payment fee of five euros for each payment reminder (in addition to the late-payment interest stipulated in the Interest Act). You have the opportunity to demonstrate that the actual damage was considerably less than this fixed fee or that no damage was incurred at all.

By accepting these terms, you agree that we will send invoices and other receipts to you exclusively in electronic form by email (remember to check your spam folder!).

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods and, correspondingly, to accept payments only from certain countries and/or to request that you use another payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to place an authorization hold at the time of ordering to secure the payment. The payment will only be charged to your account once the products have been shipped from our warehouse.

Payment processing and payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card bill and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, we ask that you first contact the product supplier.
