Vegan rice milk Moisturizing Toner is a moisturizing and brightening facial toner that contains Vegan Rice Milk™ and Aqua Ceramide patented compositions strengthen sensitive and dry skin.

Vegan Rice Milk™ is obtained from Sandui rice grown purely on Jeju Island, which has been first dissolved in water and then chopped until all the beneficial and skin-care ingredients have been extracted. This soft, milk-like formula brightens, softens and soothes the skin.

Glycerin and hyaluronic acid moisturize the skin and make the texture of the facial water wonderfully viscous. The skin remains soft and the moisture remains on the skin longer.

Vitamin E soothes the skin and enhances its regeneration, while soy milk moisturizes and nourishes the skin.

Aqua Ceramice technology and the ceramides it contains strengthen the skin's protective barrier, thus also fighting the signs of aging. Ceramides keep the skin moisturized and prevent flaking due to dryness, without leaving a heavy or sticky feeling.
