Mediheal Madecassoside Blemish Pad is a toner pad designed to treat redness and irritated skin. These toner pads bring immediate relief to skin suffering from impurities with the power of Centella Asiatica extract and madecassoside. The toner pads also help even out the skin tone and reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation caused by acne, while also helping to instantly even out skin texture by up to 19%.

The toner pads are made from vegan fiber. The rounded edges of the patches help them stick to the skin better.

Use as a toner: Gently wipe the face with a pad after cleansing to prepare the skin for other skin care products. Use morning and night for best results.

Use as a mask: Place toner pads on the forehead, cheeks and chin after cleansing. Leave on for 15 minutes, remove the patches from the face and let the leftover serum absorb properly.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
