The renewed version of the popular Clean It Zero Purifying cleansing balm! The new formula is vegan and even more gentle.

Clean It Zero Calming Cleansing Balm is a gentle and calming cleansing balm for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It has a sherbet-like formula that effectively melts waterproof make-up, sunscreen, dirt and sebum deep in the pores without skin irritation, burning or tightness.

The cleansing balm is enriched with soothing antioxidant-rich plant extracts and oils, such as soothing Centella Asiatica and bellflower (guaiazulene) extracts as well as probiotics and ectoine that strengthen the skin's protective barrier. Together, they help alleviate redness, calm irritation and keep the skin balanced and moisturized even after cleansing.

The balm has passed the skin irritation test, and has a pH-balanced and vegan formula. It does not contain synthetic perfumes, dyes, alcohol or mineral oils ♡

• Cleansing balm is the 1st step of the skincare routine, used for removing makeup (also waterproof), sunscreen, and dirt: Rub a coin-sized amount of balm onto dry face in circular motions, then moisten your hands and rub your face again to emulsify the cleansing balm. Rinse off with lukewarm water and continue with the 2nd step of cleansing (e.g., cleansing gel or foam).

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
