Purito Seoul Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner is a nourishing and hydrating toner that soothes and softens the skin while strengthening its protective barrier. Its milky texture helps refine skin texture and brighten dull skin tone, leaving the complexion soft and healthy-looking.

The formula contains 80% oat seed water, which calms, hydrates and helps relieve redness and irritation. Oat-derived PDRN supports barrier strength, elasticity and natural glow. Beta-glucan enhances hydration and helps keep the skin soft and supple.

Vegan, cruelty-free, fragrance-free and gentle formula suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive and dry skin.

• Toner is applied first after cleansing. It provides moisture to the face and prepares the skin for other skincare products. Moisturizing toners should be patted onto the skin by hand, while exfoliating ones are applied with a cotton pad.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.
