No.4 Hydrating Glow Mineral Toner is an intensively moisturizing and gently exfoliating facial toner especially for very dry and dull skin that suffers from rough skin texture under makeup - this deeply moisturizing toner helps the base makeup and the skin to stay glowy throughout the day!

The toner contains 89% mineral-rich hot spring water and five hyaluronic acids of different molecular weight, which combined provide intensive deep moisturizing for the different layers of the skin; five different hyaluronic acids are absorbed into the skin evenly throughout the day, keeping the skin moisturized and at the same time creating a moisture film on the surface of the skin that prevents moisture from evaporating.

The toner is enriched with skin-friendly PHA (gluconolactone), which gently exfoliates dead skin cells to create a softer and smoother skin texture and to improve the absorption of moisturizing ingredients into the skin. A touch of niacinamide helps promote the lightening of hyperpigmentation, creating a brighter complexion.

The low pH toner has passed the skin irritation test and does not contain added perfumes, alcohol or essential oils, which makes it perfect for even sensitive skin ♡

Directions

After cleansing, apply toner to the face using the palm of your hand or a well-moistened cotton pad. Let it absorb and layer if your skin needs extra hydration.

1) Tip! Saturate the cotton pad(s) with the toner and place them on the areas that need additional moisturizing, leave for around 1 minute

2) Tip! If your base makeup needs an SOS touch-up during the day, add 1-2 drops of toner to a makeup sponge and dab onto the skin with the foundation to create a seamless finish.
