On the Yeppo.fi website, you can order products, get information about our company, our products and Korean cosmetics in general, as well as subscribe to our newsletter and join our loyalty program.
General terms and conditions
General terms and conditions in the online store for orders to be placed. Please read carefully the following general terms and conditions regarding how we process your order. In the following, we would like to introduce you to our general terms and conditions, which apply to all services provided through Yeppo&Soonsoo.
1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
1.1 Agreements concerning orders placed through the website are made in English and Finnish.
1.2 When you click the "Send order" button at the end of the order phase, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation in your email immediately after registering your order. A binding contract is created either at the moment when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail, or at the time of delivery of the order, whichever occurs first. Please note that pre-paid (reserved) products will be sent when we have received the price of the products you ordered and the shipping costs in full. Therefore, we ask you to pay for your purchase immediately after receiving the order confirmation, but at least within 30 days after receiving the invoice.
2. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
2.1 The purchase price of the product is determined in the online store according to the price indicated at the time of ordering. The announced prices include value added tax according to Finnish laws. We retain title to the products until the purchase price has been paid in full.
2.2 The delivery costs of your order will be announced in the online store in connection with your order. If the value of your order exceeds EUR 45.00 after discounts, we will be responsible for the delivery costs in the form of PostNord pickup point delivery. If the value of your order exceeds EUR 50.00 after discounts, you can also choose free Posti pick-up point delivery at checkout. For orders smaller than the mentioned amount, we charge a shipping fee of 4.89-4.99 euros, depending on the transport company. You can see all valid delivery pricesDelivery and return from the page.
2.3 We aim to deliver the products within 1-5 business days of receiving the order. If we have not delivered the product within seven days or within a reasonable time after that, you can cancel your order by sending us a message. This cancellation policy does not apply to pre-order products, but orders containing pre-ordered products are always delivered in full, when all products in the order can be shipped from our warehouse. The estimated first shipping date for pre-order products is indicated on the product page. This date is an estimate and we do not guarantee that the products will be dispatched from our warehouse on the exact date mentioned. We are not responsible for delays caused by anyone other than us.
2.4 You can also choose pickup from our store as delivery. If you choose pickup as the delivery method, your products will usually be ready within 1-3 working days, excluding big sales periods such as Black Friday. If your products are not ready within that time, you can cancel your order. We try to prepare your order as quickly as possible, but especially orders placed during the weekend are often not ready until Monday. Please put the order in the message field if your order needs to be ready on the same day, for example - we will do our best to fulfill all your wishes! You will always receive a separate email when the pick-up order is ready for collection. Please remember to check your spam for a possible pickup message.
3.1 In accordance with the rules, we accept the payment methods that can be selected in the shopping cart: PayPal, Klarna, credit card and the payment methods available via Paytrail, as well as Shopify's own payment methods. You can see all the payment methods detailed at the checkout. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods and, accordingly, to accept payments only from certain countries and/or recommend using another payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to make a margin reservation at the time of ordering to secure the payment. You are responsible for the costs arising from payment transactions yourself.
3.2 If you pay by credit card, the order will be charged to your card immediately.
3.3 If you do not pay your order on time, we reserve the right to charge a fixed late fee of five euros for each payment reminder in addition to the interest on late payment according to the Interest Act. You have the opportunity to prove that the actual damage has been significantly lower than this fixed payment or that no damage has occurred at all.
3.4 By accepting these terms, you agree that we will send you invoices and other vouchers exclusively in electronic form to your email, remember to check your spam folder.
4. ADVANTAGE COUPONS AND THEIR USE
4.1 Advantage coupons may be distributed in connection with marketing campaigns. It is not possible to buy advance coupons. Advantage coupons are only valid for a predetermined, limited time.
4.2 The advance coupon must be used during its validity period. You cannot buy gift cards with advance coupons. Please note that using the discount coupon may require a certain minimum order value.
4.3 The price of the ordered products must be at least equal to the value of the discount coupon. If the discount coupon does not cover the price of the products, it is possible to pay the difference between the value of the order and the discount coupon using one of the payment methods we accept. The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for money, and interest is not accrued on the value of the discount coupon. The value of the discount coupon will not be refunded, even if some or all of the ordered products are returned.
4.4 The advance coupon can only be redeemed when placing the order before sending the order. It is not possible to use discount coupons after placing the order. The benefit coupon cannot be transferred to another person. Advantage coupons cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.
4.5 If you have used an advantage coupon in connection with your order and you cancel your order or return products so that the total value of the order after cancellation or return is less than the value of the advantage coupon you used, we reserve the right to charge the original price of the products you keep.
5. GIFT CARDS AND THEIR USE
5.1 You can buy 10, 20, 30, 50, 60, 80 and 100 euro gift cards. If the gift card does not cover the entire price of the ordered products, it is possible to pay the difference between the value of the order and the gift card using one of our accepted payment methods.
5.2 The gift card can be redeemed and its value can only be used when placing an order before sending the order. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money, and no interest accrues on the value of the gift card.
5.3 Value of gift cards the minimum order amount entitling the online store to free delivery is not accumulated.
6. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When ordering products from the Yeppo&Soonsoo online store, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Always contact email@example.com if you want to exercise your right of cancellation or return the product.
Not requesting an order is not a cancellation of the order.
The return and exchange of a defective product is free of charge for you.
In our online store, the return policies in accordance with Finnish law are valid. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product only if the product is completely unused and unopened. There is no right of return for opened and used products. Earrings and necklaces do not have the right of return for hygiene reasons.
Return costs are €6.99 for returns made by mail. If you wish, you can also return the products of your online shopping order to our Mall of Tripla store, in which case return costs will not be charged.
The original delivery costs of the order will also be deducted if the value of the order has met the limit of free delivery at the time of ordering, but after the return, the value of the order does not qualify for the selected free delivery. Delivery costs are deducted according to the original delivery method used.
The product must be in its original condition to receive a return. If the product has become unsellable due to the customer's use, careless packaging or other activities, the customer is responsible for the entire value of the product ja we will deduct the original price of the product from the amount to be refunded.
When returning the product, the product cannot be exchanged for a new one, but a new order must be made.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party you indicate (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last product belonging to the order.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation.
9. REFUNDS OF PAYMENTS
Refunds of account payments and advance payments made by bank transfer are paid to the account you used to pay. Please note that you may have to separately inform us of your account information for the return. If you used PayPal or a credit card to pay, the refund will be paid to your PayPal or credit card account. If you used Klarna's payment options to pay, the refund will be credited to the Klarna payment method. If you paid for your purchase with a gift card, we will refund the refundable amount to your gift card account or, if necessary, send you a new gift card.

11. STATUTORY LIABILITY AND OTHER INFORMATION
11.1 Our responsibility for errors is determined according to the applicable law. If you notice an error in the product, please contact our customer service, even if the product return period has already expired. We are responsible for any errors that were in the product when you received it, even if the error was only discovered later. However, you must notify us of the error you have discovered within a reasonable time after you have discovered it. Our warranty does not apply to errors caused by incorrect use, treatment or handling of the product or normal wear and tear of the product.
11.2 Please note that the actual ingredients of the product may differ from what we indicate in the product description. This may be because the product has been recently reformulated, or the product's ingredients have been declared under Korean/EU law, which are often different. If you have an allergy to any ingredient, please contact us before than you buy that product. A single different ingredient does not qualify for a free return.
