SKIN1004 Centella Tone Brightening Cleansing Gel Foam is a gentle, brightening cleanser formulated with 41% centella asiatica extract and vitamin-rich fruit extracts. Centella and its active compound, madecassoside, help soothe the skin and support its natural moisture balance, leaving it fresh and clean.

Extracts from papaya, plum, grape, and apple contain natural fruit acids that remove dead skin cells to reveal a brighter, more radiant complexion.

This cleanser effectively removes impurities, makeup, and dust without stripping or irritating the skin.

Vegan and cruelty-free formula, ideal for dull and tired skin.

• Water-based cleanser is used for facial cleansing either alone or after an oil-based cleansing product as a second step of double cleansing: Rub a pea-sized amount of cleanser in circular motions onto damp face in the mornings and/or evenings, avoiding the eye and mouth areas, then rinse off with luke-warm water.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
