Stand Out Gel Eyeliner is a soft gel-like eyeliner that you can use to create precise and clean lines in an instant. The eyeliner sets on the skin quickly and lasts all day. 

Precise 2mm thick tip! 

Directions: Use the pencil to draw your eyeliner in the desired shape. If you want a softer finish, blend the eyeliner before it sets. 

Remove with eye make-up remover or cleansing oil.
