General terms and conditions for orders placed in the online store www.yeppo.fi . Please read carefully the following general terms and conditions regarding how we process your order. In the following, we would like to introduce you to our general terms and conditions, which apply to all services provided through Yeppo.

1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

1.1 Contracts for orders placed through the website www.yeppo.fi are made in English and Finnish .

1.2 When you click the "Submit Order" button at the end of the ordering phase, you will place a binding order for the products in your Shopping Cart. You will receive an order confirmation in your email immediately after registering your order. A binding agreement is created either at the time we send you an order confirmation by email or at the time of order delivery, whichever comes first. Please note that prepaid (reserved) products will be shipped when we have received the price of the products you have ordered, plus all shipping costs. Therefore, we ask that you pay for your purchase immediately upon receipt of your order confirmation, but no later than 30 days after receiving your invoice.

2. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

2.1 The purchase price of the product is determined by the price stated in the online store at the time of ordering. The prices quoted include VAT in accordance with Finnish law. We reserve ownership of the products until the purchase price has been paid in full. 2.2 The delivery costs of your order will be announced in the online store in connection with your order. If the value of your order exceeds EUR 50.00, we will bear the delivery costs. For orders smaller than this amount, we will charge a delivery charge of EUR 4.99.

2.3 We aim to deliver the products within 1-5 working days of receiving the order. If we have not delivered the product within seven days or within a reasonable time thereafter, you may, of course, cancel your order by sending us a message or email. Of course, we are not responsible for any delays other than our own.

2.4You can also choose to pick it up from our store (Mall of Tripla, Yeppo). If you choose pickup as your delivery method, your products will be ready within 1-3 business days. If your products are not ready within that time, you can, of course, cancel your order. We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible, but orders placed during the weekend are often not ready until Monday. Please place an order in the message field if your order must be ready on the same day, for example - we will do our best to be able to fulfill all your wishes!

3. PAYMENT

3.1 We regularly accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card and Paytrail. We reserve the right not to accept certain forms of payment and, accordingly, to accept payments only from certain states and / or to encourage you to use another form of payment. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to make a margin reservation at the time of ordering to secure payment. You are responsible for the costs of payment transactions.

3.2 If you pay by credit card, your order will be charged immediately 3.3 If you do not pay your order on time, we reserve the right to charge a fixed late fee of EUR 5 for each reminder (in addition to the default interest rate).You have the opportunity to show that the actual damage has been significantly less than this flat rate or that no damage has occurred

4. PREFERENCE COUPONS AND THEIR USE

4.1 Advance coupons may be distributed in connection with marketing campaigns. It is not possible to buy discount coupons. Advance coupons are valid for a pre-determined, limited time only.

4.2 The front coupon must be used during its validity period. Gift certificates cannot be purchased with discount coupons. Please note that redeeming the front coupon may require a certain minimum order value.

4.3 The price of the ordered products must be at least equal to the value of the front coupon. If the front coupon does not cover the price of the products, it is possible to pay the difference between the value of the order and the front coupon using one of the payment methods we accept. The front coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, and no interest is accrued on the value of the front coupon. The value of the front coupon will not be refunded even if some or all of the ordered products are returned. 4.4 The front coupon can only be redeemed when the order is placed before the order is shipped. Advance coupons cannot be used after ordering. The coupon cannot be transferred to another person. Advance coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. 4.5 If you have used a front coupon with your order and cancel your order or return the products so that the total value of the order after cancellation or return is less than the value of the front coupon you used, we reserve the right to charge the original price for the products you hold.

4.4 Unfortunately, at this time you can only use ONE discount coupon / code at a time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are developing the ability to redeem multiple coupons as soon as possible.

5. GIFT CARDS AND THEIR USE

5.1 You can buy gift cards for 20, 30, 50 and 80 euros. If the gift card does not cover the full price of the ordered products, it is possible to pay the difference between the value of the order and the gift card using one of the payment methods we accept.

5.2 The gift card can only be redeemed and its value used when placing the order before sending the order. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no interest is accrued on the value of the gift card.

6. STATUTORY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

WHEN ORDERING YEPPO PRODUCTS, YOU HAVE A STATUTICAL RIGHT OF CANCELLATION.

If you wish to return an order or part of an order, you have the right to do so. Please email us at baestylefin@gmail.com and we will send you all the necessary instructions for your return. Note! Failure to apply for an order is not a cancellation of the order.

Returning and replacing a defective product is free of charge. If your return is for a non-defective product, we reserve the right to charge you € 3.99 for shipping costs. When returning non-defective products, the condition of the products must be equivalent to new.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last product in the order.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this Agreement, we will be required to refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation

9. REFUND

Refunds for account payments and prepayments made by bank transfer will be paid to the account you used to make the payment. Please note that you may need to provide us with your account information separately for a refund. If you used PayPal or a credit card to pay, the refund will be paid into your Paypal or credit card account. If you paid for your purchase with a gift card, we will refund your refund to your gift card account or send you a new gift card if necessary.
