You can now pick up your online store order from any of our Yeppo stores!
All products in the order must be available in the store of your choice. It is not possible to combine both products that can be picked up in the store and products that can be delivered in the online store's warehouse for one order.
Choose your preferred location at product page. If you want to shop via online store, choose Webstore and Mall of Tripla pickups, if you want to pickup from any other store, choose the preferred store to see pickup order availability.
If a product is not in stock in chosen location, you can't add it to your cart.
If all the products you want are not available for pickup in the store, you must place two separate orders - one for the products that can be picked up in the store and one for the products delivered by mail from the online store's warehouse.
Product availability at stores
At this point pick-up orders are possible for our bestseller products. Even if a certain product is not available for a pick-up order, it might still be available to be purchased in-store. You can always make an inquiry about product availability for our customer service.
Click&Collect - creating order
- Choose your desired location at product page. If you want to shop via webstore, choose Webstore and Mall of Tripla pickups. The store remains selected until you change it.
- For each product, you can immediately see if that particular product is available for pick-up order at the store of your choice.
- Collect the products you want in the shopping cart, choose the store of your choice as the pick-up location and pay for the order.
- You will receive a separate message when the products are available for pickup in the store.
Note when creating pick-up orders:
- All products must be in stock for the chosen location.
- Products with different in stock locations (both warehouse and specific store) can't be combined to one order.
- Products that are in stock in different stores, can't be combined to one order.
If you can not add a product to your cart, it is not available in chosen location. Check your preferred shipping (webstore) or pickup location (stores).
If you can not find your preferred store from Pickup locations at checkout, one or more of the product on your order are not in stock in chosen location. Checkout only views pickup locations where all of the products are in stock and available for pickup. In this case, check again the product availability in preferred store. The bestsellers might sell out quickly, even during ordering process.
If you see a red text at cart stating Please adjust quantities in your cart at the store: then all of your cart items are not in stock in chosen location. Check the items stated in the red text and adjust either items or chosen delivery method / chosen pickup store.
If by mistake you add products to the order that are not available for pickup at the selected store, the online store will issue an error message that the product is not available. That is, even if you accidentally add products to the order that are not available for pick-up at the store in question, the order cannot be completed.
If you try to order by mail products that are only available in the store, the online store will give an error message that the product cannot be delivered.
